change your plugins, works perfectly for me with the following:
1. xbdm
2. ninja
3. jrpc
4. jrpc2
5. destruction

Changing plugins will not fix this issue and I don't know what will but haven't quiet figuired it out yet, few people have had it can't seem to find a fix.

Try to disable any Anti-Virus you have, and disable firewall.

Most people who I see it working with have a plug in free so try that
