Drink nothing but water and eat healthy! if you plan on going to the gym the best machine there for burning fat in my opinion is the stair climber / stair master whatever it maybe called in your gym. Go on there for 10-20mins & you'll be burning alot of calories

Remember, it is not about eating less...but eating the right calories and getting enough water in your body. Stick with proteins, fruits, vegetables, and little carbs. Drink a gallon of water a day and take your vitamins. Lift weights and do cardio! You can transfer all of that fat into muscle very fast at a young age if you do it correctly. Because, if you go from fat so skinny, then theres always a possibility of people making fun of you for being weak and skinny. I went from 135 lb. to now 185 at 5'10. If you need any help, I'm here!

Listen brother if you're 5'10 and 175 youre not fat lol, that's a good weight to be at... However your problem might be you just need to Lift some damn weights man. It doesn't have to be anything too serious at first but build some muscle and fill yourself out! If you need any help feel free to Message me anytime
