Ok so i'm in highschool and i want to lose a lot of weight over the summer i'm a sophomore right now. i'm 5-10 175 lbs and i'm tired of kids talking shit behind my back saying i'm fat so this summer i'm trying to get skinny as f*ck cause i want to and prove people wrong... so is there any tips for faster weight loss??? diet plans??? workout routines???

i lost 30lbs in 3 months by having No soda, dieting and exercising. Also i used this app called lose it.

You want to get "skinny as ****"? How is that going to help you? Lose some weight first and start weightlifting after that. Being really skinny is almost as bad as being overweight especially when it comes to kids shit talking you in public school.

Anyways, try to cut out pop/soda from your diet and any other fatty foods like chips or anything premade and exercise every day, you'll see results.

you don't want to get "Skinny as ****" you want to be strong and shredded as ****. look up videos or guides from bodybuilding.com and follow a healthy diet plan and stay committed.

Losing body fat isn't really that hard as long as you are in a calorie deficit. Calculate your tdee and use the myfitnesspal app to count your calories. Take off 300-500 calories off your tdee calories and you should be losing weight from there. I wouldn't recommend getting too skinny though. So if you are fine with how you look I would recommend hitting the gym up.

You're 12.5 stone, i don't see why people should say things mate, all in all it's better to have some access weight/meat on your body, you don't wanna be looking like a stick. I think the correct word you're looking for is slim, because skinny can be just as unhealthy as being big

I'm not fitness guru/health freak but I think getting Slim and tonned is the best option

Cycling carbs is good for fat loss.
I'd definitely consider going to the gym 5-6 days a week (or less) and working on building muscle.

You dont want to be "skinny af" Just start working out regularly and eat healthier. Look up routines on youtube.
