Both are decent forgot about the g930 lol

The G930 has superior sound and competes well with the hyper x clouds from my views, i rarely use my clouds unless i am watching something, or playing sound intensive games.

These almost seem too cheap but great reviews at over 1200 people.

Might watch some videos to see how they perform.

I have Astro A40 TR's with the Mixamp Pro TR and I love them so much. Has a button on the mixamp to turn surround sound off and on whenever you want.

I use Corsair Void RGB Wireless headset and it's pretty good; it's within your budget too.
