Absolute noob here; be wild kids
What is your budget and currency? 900GBP
Do you need a monitor? Yes. 23-24" preferred.
Do you need a keyboard? Yes. Nothing special.
Do you need a mouse? Yes. Nothing special.
Do you need an operating system? Yes.
What will you use the PC for? Workstation - Programming, Unity, maybe Unreal Engine? maybe, Maya?
Just looking something that I can use to work on for my Games Dev course.
Few Notes: Possibly adding a second monitor in the near future? Not sure if this will affect what parts you pick. It does need to have wireless adapter or whatever is needed to connect to internet wireless, definitely not possible getting a internet cable to my room lol.
Cheers.

Just confirming, you won't be gaming? Apart from maybe trying a few of your own games out?
If so, I won't spend huge amounts on a 1ms monitor and gaming keyboard.

Yes. Wouldn't be playing any demanding games to say.
Friendly bump.

£1089. Bit more than the budget however you're getting a solid build. High performance CPU & GPU, enough memory for all your game dev needs!

Edit: You could probably get away with downgrading the GPU if the cost is too much however I recommend keeping the i7 4790K as they CPU is a beast

Will you be doing heavy game development? The build can probs handle any Unity dev. if its just light games then I can make it fit the budget! I'll change up the GPU and post an update.

Don't buy this, the CPU is unlocked meaning it makes no sense to pay for a Z motherboard, and £150 too. The GPU will most likely bottleneck the CPU.
Get something like this I'd say : [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
An I7 would be ideal but not a necessity. What mouse hand do you use may I ask?

CPU unlocked = overclockable. That GPU will definitely not bottle neck the CPU, you must be crazy if you think that. A i7 would bottle neck that GPU straight up!
