Nestle pure life spring water. Its £2 for 12 bottles so thats 4-6 bottles of water a day. Its a lot better than £1 for a bottle of coke/pepsi.

I don't like any of them anymore. I used to like Pepsi, tastes sweeter to me. I drink anything now though, just except those two lol..

No, I love water.
I was born without a swallowing reflex so I have always been an extremely fussy eater/ drinker.
I have tried other drinks but they all make me gag.

I make sure on days I dont goto the gym I have 1800 calories
and gym days between 2200 and 2600 calories.
I am extremely aware of what I put in my body.
