I'd say Coke. I haven't had Pepsi in a long time but they tasted pretty similar last time I checked.

I'd still take Lucozade or Mountain Dew instead of either of them though

Water but not tap water;

Nestle pure life spring water. Its £2 for 12 bottles so thats 4-6 bottles of water a day. Its a lot better than £1 for a bottle of coke/pepsi.

You must be pretty unhealthy.


So if I drink only 0 calorie water I must be unhealthy ?

I make sure on days I dont goto the gym I have 1800 calories

and gym days between 2200 and 2600 calories.

I am extremely aware of what I put in my body.
