Login to your internet provider, and change the channel it should be in advanced settings but if you don't have a clue how to do that then, just power restart your router and change where it is. for example if its under something the signal can be affected so put it in a open area or possible closer to your room.

I'm pretty sure its your power levels bud. I had it last time. Call up your provider and they will come and change some things.
