For the past few days now my internet has been very bad. Slow & Just awful. Recently the signal in my room (on iphone) went from full bars to 1 bar depending where I am. Before I couldn't even load a netflix TV Show. What can I do besides get Wired connection

You can try moving your router closer to your room or purchase and wifi boosters. All pretty easy to do.

Before I did that I would sit next to the router with your phone to check and see if that is the problem. DO you get full bars when you are standing next to your router? I have a feeling it might be a data cap thing or they are working on the system in your area.

Is this only the wifi? have you been able to test? If it used to be fine and you havent moved it and things that are wired work fine then you probably need a new router or something is messing with the signal. The bars on your phone is the router signal not the bandwidth so its definitely your routers range that is the issue if wired things are working.

Then you most likely need to call your isp or at least do a ping test directly from your modem to figure out if its the router
