GTX 960 is not going to fit in to a 600 euro budget since you require peripherals. Even if it did, it would be a bad choice. I suggested using integrated graphics for a little while so that you could get a higher end system in the end, instead of buying a mid ranged GPU, and then suddenly having an extra 500 euros to throw at the system, when instead, you could easily build a system with a better CPU, no GPU, run iGPU for a short time to have a running system, and just play less demanding games, then add a significantly better GPU, like a GTX 1070 or a GTX 1060 and some other upgrades.

The GTX 960 is a terrible card, and always was. It's price doesn't make sense. The R9 380 is cheaper, and better but newer generation cards are much more logical.
