Dude you should have a solid rig at that price point. Don't listen to these Jabronis, go to PCpartpicker excellent resource.

Where are you from? Euros covers a lot of countries and different parts list make sense in different countries. Like, you would get a different mix of components if you lived in Germany, than someone in Ireland. Also, if you have a preferred website for buying components from, a link to that would help.

Also, I don't really know what you mean by this;
"Im planning on upgrading the parts in the future so i be able to stretch my budget to about 500 more"?

If you're not building anything until October, this is pointless. Come back within a week of purchasing components. Prices will change, stock will differ between now and then and new components may release that could make more sense for you.

If you're looking to buy in October, I'd maybe suggest building a nice system without a GPU, use integrated graphics for a while(will be pretty bad for any remotely demanding games), and then add a nice GPU as your "upgrade" in December. That way you'll be able to get a pretty killer rig, potentially.

As I said, come back and make a post in October. Prices, and stock will change between not and then so anything we suggest now more than likely won't be applicable in 2 months time. Also, new components could be released between now and then. Zen is supposed to start coming out Q3/Q4 this year, but might be Q1/Q2 next year before we see it properly available for consumers. However, if it does release soon(before you buy), it could make more sense for you to go with Zen.

Ew no. Do not buy a GTX 960. They're terrible cards, and it absolutely won't max AAA titles at 1080p. An R9 380 would be a better option than a GTX 960 but they're both last generation cards and don't really make sense anymore.
