I usually don't eat much before I go to the gym. Some chicken and rice and or I'll just have some yogurt and nuts. I like to eat a lot after my workout.

Very simple, I have 4 meals throughout my day. The my PreW meal consists of 1 1/4 scoop of protein with a pop tart, and then PostW another 1 1/4 scoop of protein with the other pop tart.

Eat some carbs, maybe a little candy or something light like an English muffin, also drink orange juice for a more energized workout

I usually go when I get up in the morning so oatmeal and a shake maybe a banana.
