I normally go to the gym around 7-9PM which is just after dinner, so I normally just use my dinner as a kind of preworkout.

My dinner can range from a variety of things like chicken, pasta or tuna. If I'm really tired though, I normally just take an energy drink like Coke or Spirte and it seems to get the job done

Yeah I am also a very late night person, I usually go at 11pm, as my gym is 24 hour, which is hard to use my dinner as a pre workout.

I still usually try to eat a lot of protein filled meals, however, there is not much I can do meal wise to give me a boost.

Suppose the only option for me would be a pre workout drink. Would get the job done.

I go straight after work which is at 16:30 currently. Usually have a chicken rice and brocolli meal at 15:00 and take a shake with me to the gym.

I don't eat much before the gym, as I do a lot of cardio and eating lots of food will cause a stitch. I'll usually have a Greek yogurt, or just take a pre-workout drink

I go to the gym around 4 so I usually eat some trail mix or some fruit before hand.

I then workout from 4-5, drink my whey protein, then play basketball from 5:15-6 with my friends.

I come home after that usually to eat a heavy protein/low carb dinner.

Normally my first session I do is just strictly cardio but In a fasted state.

Then normally for my weight training session later on when I'm not on the keto diet I have either pack of oreo's, or 2 dual mars bars.
