When i worked Day shift and had to wake up 4:45am every night. Definitely. Now i got kicked to Graveyard shift which now i have to be at work by 10:45pm. Once work is over in the morning i just pass out and sleep how long i want really.

I don't need an alarm clock as my body wakes up on it's own since it has gotten so used to getting up at the same time, I still set an alarm clock but the majority of the time I'm up before it has even went off so there's no need for it I only set for if I don't get up so that I still manage to get up for work.

I barely sleep anyway,

I normally wont sleep till 12 possibly later but by 5/6 my dogs want to their breakfast so I usually go for a quick jog with them at that time then feed them then go work.

The dogs will pounce on me till I move so suppose its my own personal silent alarm clock.

I haven't owned a Alarm Clock for years now and when I was in School and College my mother used to wake me up for time to sort myself out and catch the bus in time to before for education but now I've finished ages ago now. I don't need to get myself a Alarm Clock so I'm set unless I go to work because everyone needs a hoe to wake you up. (Kappa) I'm in a good sleeping pattern right now so I wake up 9:50am every morning now so it's all G.
