Sleep and anything to keep my mind occupied like watching a movie or listening to music but sleep is the best way to deal with stress in my opinion.

Go to my room, lock the door, turn of all the lights and shut the blinds, throw some peaceful music on a lay down. Helps everytime.

I barely get stressed but if I do with work of a thing ect I just listen to music or sleep

i usually just game, eat, sleep, when im really stressed out it helps me cool down

Just learn not to care. You will rarely get stressed this way.

I like to ride my bike or listen to music and chill, Sometimes well most of the time i drink alot because of stress and depression but that is not the way to go at all.
Sometimes i go sit in the garden and chill out with some relaxing music on in my headphones.
