Just curious about how different people react to stress, and how they manage it. Me personally, when it comes to stressful situations, I just lock my focus onto the main source of the cause and stay collected as I resolve the situation.

I have a smoke when I'm stressed, I distract myself with positive things so that I no longer have the stress although it'll always be there.

You should try playing sports or going to the gym for a workout to release stress because when you participate in physical activity a hormone called serotonin is released in your body which gives you the 'feel good' factor and you will forget about stressful situations in your life because of the feel good factor. Obviously not forever.

i take care of my stress through several ways. i play xbox or i listen to music. chill with friends

Music and sleep. Mainly sleep though. It almost resets my mood completely.

I don't really get stressed out. I get annoyed but I can usually deal with it. Doesn't really get to me like it does most people.
