I've applied for so many jobs and I've not heard back from one of them. I'm currently 21, but I just don't seem to be going anywhere. Everything that I used to find entertaining and exciting has become boring. I just really cba anymore. I just really don't know what to do. I know this is a tech website but I just needed to get this off my chest. Has/is anyone else in the same situation as me and how did you over come it? Everything is just shite and with me constantly looking for jobs am basically doing the same routine everyday ie: wake up, go the gym, look for jobs and repeat. Life is pure shite. This topic probably belongs in the rant section.

You just gotta keep trying.
Try agencies, this will get you money and also experience for your CV.
Life can and will get on top of you, just keep at it.

Are you able to drive?
If not look at other travel options. I got a job in a completely different town (City) and I set off at 7am and got home at 9pm all for an 8 hour shift.

There is always an option. It wont feel like it now, and yes I have been there myself.
You will start to find if you want things in life, YOU have to make them happen.

Yeah im in the same boat as you mate,

My last Job I was in work for over a year and i enjoyed the job and the money was great, but last month i got laid off because the company wasn't getting enough work anymore.

Now im struggling to find another job atm and without a job life does kind of suck, Without out a job you dont have money and without money you cant afford to do anything or go out and socialize.

All i would say is just keep at it or maybe see about going to college and taking a course in something you like, Then when you have a qualification behind you it should make it easier to find work.

Hope you Find work soon

If you are UK, you can go to the job centre and get help with travel and interview expences, this includes money for Interview Attire and a bus/train pass.

Exactly every single thing revolves around money and when you don't have it and you see your mates buying this and that it just makes it worse.
