Spending that much on a brand new car at 17, you'll be paying a lot for insurance regardless.

I say you find a good used car lot and get an older maybe more powerful model or a mini if you'd like.

I'd say maybe a Toyota Camry since they're reliable and pretty nice and maybe in a couple years trade it in for something nicer.

I wouldn't get anything too expensive for your first car imo. I did that and regret it lol
