Hi, last year I was consistently trying to loose weight, and under the process I made different tactics and plans in order to come further with my goals.

What you have to do, which is probably the very first important thing to do, is to have in mind what you every, week etc. when it comes to how much you, what you eat, how active you are and the list goes on.

Using apps on your phone which help you calculate calories are really good. I minimized my consumption to 1500-1800 calories, and I ran 2-4 km almost every day, and I lifted weights at the gym every day. Also, you should change your meals and be sure of what you are eating and when. I managed to loose 12 kg in one and a half month. Training will also increase your rest combustion. If I can do it, then surely you can also make it!

I would go Outside and get really Active.



Just play Sports. Thats really all I do and I stay in shape.

Join a close gym and get an assessment from a gym instructor tell him exactly what you want to earn from the gym, i done this and i've built up the muscle i asked him for when i joined, hard work will pay off

Watch your diet also i had to do that

OT:

Yeah I would recommend the gym subscription because then it FORCES your mind into thinking you have to get your moneys worth out of the gym, ya know? I used to work out on and off at my house and lost motivation and didnt really stick with it. Now I've been going up the the schools gym to lift because the whole football team pitched in money to hire some trainers from FitNation to come in and help us. This way now I WANT to go just to get my moneys worth, and its a lot more fun with lifting buddies/friends! Ive been going everyday for 7 weeks and have already gone up in weight multiple times.

That is good!
It is important to take advantage of the technology in any way and use it to your needs.
Apple Watch is not available for sale yet in my country. :/

Well i changed my username to D0X and the admins made me change it so it had to be atleast a 5 letter useername then so i just went with YourSec (your security) and i will change it when i get gold again.
