Do you at least get the power up reward points, if you have any?

I know 50,000 points equals $50.00

That sucks man. I had a problem with gamestop today as well where i bought a game and came back home and the game disc wasnt in the case, like wtf. I went back and they thought i was trying to cheat them by getting a free game. Then i told them to check the cameras in the room for proof. After they made an inventory check, they saw they have not given me the game so afterwards i asked them, do i get like a $10 off coupon for next time since i had to come back and they said no. Then i said, "then do your job right," then i left.

Gamestop is not going to last. All these digital downloads will make them crash, not yet, but they will

Your account has been closed but you still have 3 pre-orders to pick up from them? If you account was terminated, so would any open orders/transactions.

No, it shouldn't. If they suspect you of fraud or theft, your sales history is entirely irrelevant.

Granted, this is a hassle for you, especially if you haven't done anything wrong, and granted, from how you've explained it, their customer service sounds awful, but they have to do what is right for the business. Although, surely you should have been warned that your trade ins were suspicious to them instead of just being banned outright with no explanation or warning.

Dude that's :!: :!: ... if the guy actually told you that you spent over 13K at their retailer in just five years--which also shows loyalty-- I would be beyond :!: that they would cut off your services like that. You guys both get a deal with you buying merchandise from them, and then selling some stuff back to them. Honestly I would try calling corporate or their top tier guys again and try to get the lock lifted and try and get a hefty compensation for your troubles cause that's a joke.

Just because he was a customer for 5 years dont make him legit.

There is an automated system in that has seen a pattern and decided to stop it, get over it :S

Funny thing about that "Automated system" the 2 supervisors i spoke with had ZERO knowledge about anything to do with it.
My sales history should be a indicator that i do not involve myself in fraudulent activity.
How about you spend over X amount of dollars and tell your self to get over it.
Bet you wont be able to

Ah right so because "supervisors" dont know about it, it doesnt exist.
I have spoken to "supervisors" who would probably be surprised to find out the son and the moon were 2 different things.

Sales history should be an indicator?
Why should it?
Your trades count towards sales, so if you trade something in against another item that goes down as a sale. So you could have had $13000 worth of trades over 5 years.
I know at one stage I was spending more than that at one point.
$210 a month is not a lot to be spending in an electronics store (to myself anyways).
My GAME card once had enough on their for me to get 2 Special Edition consoles. You dont get that amount of points from buying pokemon cards.

So, again, get over it.
