Shouterday wrote Or you know just get a gym membership, and besides the things you list as "hard" are extremely easy.

Gym memberships are costly. This for at home workouts. Do this 2-3 times a day and eat right, you'd find yourself in better shape then a lot of people.

You can do crunches and sit ups all day, but if your diet is shit, you'll never have abs. I know people who don't ever work on their abs, maybe once every 2 weeks, but have amazing abs due to a good diet.

I remember my sophomore year I bought insanity. Then last year I bought P90x and both of those worked very well.

NGK wrote It would be easier just going to the gym.

This just seems pretty pointless to me, well not pointless but it's pretty daft.

It would be but for those who are insecure about themselves etc maybe they can work out at home, People have different styles/strategies of losing weight weather at home or in the Gym

It's good for beginners who are possibly starting off.

What you list as medium is kinda my morning work out but I also have a 50 lbs slab of granite I "bench". I also do manual labor like mixing cement, weeding, splitting wood, etc. for work and I am still 245 LBS with no abs. Some people's bodys are not capable of getting abs and being healthy.
