Working out is my favourite. I play hockey almost everyday, but the days I have off or during the off season I go to the gym. Being in shape can really help you build your confidence and make you an overall happier person

Honestly all I do is sit in my room or go for a drive and blare music as loud as I can. Normally gets me back in the mood or calms me down if im angry.

Hey Advancement, this is a very serious topic. I once was in your shoes. There were times when I was growing up through High School and such where I would feel down and feel like doing nothing. Now this is not such a depression kind of thing but its very similar, and I do feel you buddy. But when I was in your situation I would take my mind off stuff. I listen to music which a lot of people would say. But a big one is to talk to someone that you can relate to. Such as your friends. They are always going to help you out, well at least a true friend would. The main thing is man there are people out there for you and that there are people in the same boat as you. Think of the positives and less of the negatives man. Focus your mind on something that you enjoy, like your favorite hobbies. Also try to watch something that would make you laugh. Humor usually takes my bad mindset and focuses on something else. You will get through this man. I'm here for you bud (even though we don't know each other) but if you want to talk just hit me up. Sorry for this huge paragraph but to me this is an important post and I can relate, and I want to help you out as best as I can. Thanks buddy.

I normally do trails but if i were to maintain them it would only be me as most of my friends can not be bothered. Hate winters in the UK!
