So what do you people do to keep yourself motivated when you are feeling down?
From time to time i find myself as motivated as ever but then i will suddenly feel rock bottom. This may not make sense but if you are understanding this, what would you suggest?

I usually listen to some music or play a video game or something. Not really the best advice but that's what I do!

I've had the same issue. Had some up and downs in my life.

Sometimes you just need to take a moment for yourself and just don't think about anything. Forget about everything.

Might not work for you, but that's what I do.

There again that's what i used to do, played some games and it would cheer me up but now that i'm a bit older and in College. I can't seem to get in to games anymore. Like games used to be my escape...

It all depends mate,
usually I exercise, go for a jog with music.
Don't sit home and listen to music, it makes it worse...you're problem
circulates through your mind more than ever when sitting at peace listening
to music. Go for a jog or even go to the gym.

Do you think going for a drive would work with a friend, bit cautious though because i'm broken lately as well just to top things off.
