Bottom line is if you can't even boot xell your console is bricked until it can be hardware flashed if it can be recovered even then.
If you've got soldering skills and a nand programmer then you'll need to get that out, if you don't start tallking to console makers to find someone to send it off too.
it was an error. console straight took like an hour to boot, turned it on and its normal again

Wow, who did the RGH on it? You might consider sending it to someone to improve boot times.
