Should I reinstall windows 8? And if I do that, is there any way I can keep all my old files?

if you still have the windows 8 disk why dont you just run a windows repair on it?

No worries, Dont bother replying.
I fixed the issue.
It had to do with my UEFI Configurations, Set it to default and it works!
