I've looked all over the internet, coming across methods that Ive tried several times.

Issue: Can't connect to the internet, WIFI = Off
Can't be turned on no matter what I do

Ive tried
- Rebooting
- Refreshing My PC
- Updating Drivers

When I hit f3, it goes into airplane mode but that makes so difference. WIFI is always OFF!
It never turns back on no matter what I do, I'm gonna take it to the repair shop to see what I can do but I really need to use it

Does anyone have a method to solve this issue?

PS Those methods worked for other people but no for me, So HELP?

What is the model of your PC?

If you access your PC settings and go under "Wireless" you should see an option to toggle your WIFI on and off.

Here is a link to a more in-depth tutorial on how to do it: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Do you have an FN switch? some laptops have the FN key coupled with one of the function keys (mines FN+f12)

Have you tried searching in the bios for a setting in there?

I looked around and saw a couple people were having the same issue and this solution seemed to work for them.

Go down to your task bar and right click the network icon and hit "troubleshoot problems." Doing this will make your computer find a fix for the issue you are having.

Not sure as i don't know exactly what bios you have but it generally tends to be somthing obvious .. if all else fails you can go into the bios and hit f9 (should restore default bios settings) then hit f10 (should save and exit) ... just read everything before confirming to anything otherwise you could land the machine in worse trouble than it is already.

I've tried that, Says there is nothing wrong with the network adapter or with the PC at all.
