Only if a staff member was to do it.
They could then get rid of the pointless crap that would inevitably get posted.

Then there would be judges that actually know what they are judging (4 I can think of)

I'd like this to be implemented

And maybe it would get designs who deserve to be known more, a bit more known

And with a staff to judge, there wouldn't (Or shouldn't) be any problems

I'm glad this has gotten the attention many great people on this site! Now this is just my idea and I'm tossing it out there for someone who can take this idea & making it something big with the help of a few judges & the community.

@Bebe_Rexha Yes that's what the main goal should be. To get people out there & show what they can do and also see what others can do to inspire them to become better.
