If you want a good experience with DayZ Standalone, I would buy the Entry Level Graphics Option 1. Its more expensive, but is definitely worth it. I have the GTX 760 and it is awesome for DayZ. The APU would produce sub-par graphics.

you can't crossfire r9 series eg - 270 + 270x it has to be > 265 and down.
The 760 is a neat little card it'll do you well.
