I do agree with you but if their useful posts are more than their unuseful posts then I don't see anything wrong with it.

People do it to gain rep/high post counts. Without high post counts and rep, nobody bothers with you on this site.

If this is the case, then I could be classed as a spammer as I can post 50 times a day if i'm not busy... But it does depend on the intention of said post(s)

Not everything they post is classified as spam.

If they are on topic and it looks like a useful post, it isn't spam.

I know someone who posted 100 times in one day, and I gifted him gold because almost 50+ of those posts were upvoted with 1 downvote. Is HE classified as a spammer?

It's not the fact of posting a lot in one day. I've posted 50+ times in one day, It's when someone is consistently posted 40+ things a day. Also the person who i was talked abut just passed 500 posts in 10 days.

Again, spamming has nothing to do with the amount of posts a user gets in a day. I can get like 50 posts a day without spamming(Depending on how long I am on the site for). It all depends on what the user is posting. If they are posting short little one line replies that are useless, and don't really need to be there, thats when its classified as spamming

If they're helping but then posting also i consider that as "active" posting 47 replies on the "introduce yourself" section is spam!

I mean I guess I could be qualified under this as a spammer... I personally love to give feedback and let people know that the time they made to make a post was acknowledged by at least one person here... And I post News comments, videos, and tutorials so that raises it a bit
