i lift on occasion. im 15 and 5'11' at 170lbs
Bench:185 1 rep
Squat:200 5 reps
leg press:500 8 times

I don't go to the gym, however I'm 16 and I'm currently doing the workout Focus T25
When I was 15 I completed the workout insanity and lost 15 lbs and got a nice 6 pack for summer

The last three reps I dropped form like crazy and some wouldn't count the last few, but I do because I almost exploded when I was trying to do them... Not even kidding

I'm 16 turning 17. 5'11" and 195lbs.

Squat: 385lbs 5 reps
Bench 205 lbs 5 reps
Curls: 50 10 reps
Leg Press: 500+ 10 reps

Edit: I'm a varsity football and baseball player, so I'm in the weight rooms 4-5 times a week.
