If any of you fine people go to the gym what's your PR's? I've been going to the gym for about 4 months now and I just wanted to compare with y'all! I'm 6ft 1in tall & weigh 204 pounds with 18% body fat if that makes sense... No lying now

Leg Press: 500LBS (12 Reps)
Bench: 150 (4 Reps)
Bicep curl: 45 (8 Reps)

I don't see the point of "lifting" going to the fridge and back is enough exercise for me.

i just go gym to keep heathly lad i dont lift like that , obvs lift but im only 17:D

i used to go to gym before my exams at uni got out of the rythem

my bench press was 65kg
bicep curl (each arm) 24kg
ex bar curl 43kg
squat 110kg
leg press 180kg

most press ups i can do is 51 xD im 6ft 3ins and weigh 13stn

If you're telling the truth you really shouldn't be lifting 70Kg at the age of 14. This will cause fractures witch will lead to growth deficiency. Be carful

3333ch well beers can get pretty heavy and if the fridge is down a flight of stairs it's a full cardio workout, so I see why are stay-at-home beverage lifter
