People around there have the money to buy higher end drugs and they do believe me I have never seen so much Ectasy used in one place.

If you live in the 'richest' area you claim. Then your schools need to higher trained professionals (security). I live in a moderate district with 3 SRO Officers and 5 security officials. Priorities first.
