It looks like your board have one PCIe slot, from what i find from the scarce info online. And it doesn't work like that, a power supply will only supply what is needed by the components so if your system pulled 225w from the PSU it would only deliver that.

so now i need to get a 500w or 600w power supply and gtx 660 ti. that will be fine to fit into my computer. i havent checked case size, is it a big card?

Thats the cheapest supply, and the minimum you can use, bear in mind its highly unlikely your card will max its power usage but if it does you'll still be okay with that.

That looks like one of the cheapest 660Ti's, its 25cm long.

Brand of card not so much, certain manufacturers overclock from the factory and benchmarks will show if there are any better performing GTX660Ti's out there. For the PSU definitely, and it harder to tell which are quality as the brand on the PSU more often than not do not make the PSU.

The XFX range of PSU's are made by SeaSonic who are reknown for quality, i own one with a GTX660 and its fine.

A 450w is enough, but it's cutting it a bit thin, especially if he's over volting. The XFX is rated a bit over as well.
