Well my xbox is opened, not flashed, but has iso files on it and I publically cheat with godmode on mw2 from time to time
Don't worry to much about the ISO's, I have an ISO installed to mine and use Public cheater a lot, just don't send mass messages to randoms claiming to host lobbies for points, that will anger then because no one wants to pay, thus resulting in a high chance of a console ban

Most Modders I know Get banned 3 times and there console is Banned but it depends really on what your account's are banned for.

Your so funny... And I don't ask for points or host people lobbies. I get a LOT of nukes with godmode and public cheater. I guess when you hit over 200 messages in your inbox they start questioning and check. I never deleted my messages so DELETE YOUR RECENT MESSAGES

It depends , i once got 1 ban and was console banned . The other time was 3 bans .

i think it is how often your acc's get banned that gets you console banned, like i have have 4-5 accounts banned over the course of 2 years and still have have not been console banned,
my RGH on the other hand has been console banned within 2 hours of online play time so it depends

I just read the email if sent me and the biggie was NETWORK INTERFERENCE. I guess they checked if I was using an Rgh, as it is connected to the router, I just hope my Rgh's kv is not banned:/
