Well I had 5 account bans then got a console, I think it depends on the severity of the account bans

It doesn't depend on the amount, it depends on the severity. Such as warnings might be graded on severity and percentages.
For example:
Low Warning: 10%
Medium 30:
High 50: Ect
For example:
Low Warning: 10%
Medium 30:
High 50: Ect

I got banned once and then consle banned get a vpn and then they cant consle ban you btw
