The i7 you chose is locked, so you would give up a lot of potential performance gains from overclocking. I went with the i5 because it will handle streaming and gaming perfectly and it's $60 off with the ASrock Z77 Extreme4. I went with the Enermax cooler because it's slightly better, an SSD with a greater capacity and Norton (which is excellent and worth paying $15 for) because it's not much more, the XFX 7950 because of stock issues and a nice combo with the RAM, a higher-end case that combos with the hard drive because I can (the case is ultimately up to you), and a better, more appropriate PSU. I'm unsure about the Rosewill Green series but the HIVE series is top-notch. Nice Sirtec units; same as the OCZ ZS series.

You also don't need an aftermarket cooler if you're going with a locked processor (the one you chose).

You don't need an i7 for gaming, just get a 3570k is is a lot cheaper and there is no difference for gaming

Lavish wrote I would ditch the CD drive and upgrade the GPU a little.
This is 2013, everything is online downloads.

There's absolutely no need to upgrade the GPU, a 7950 is more than enough for a few years, a 7990 would just be a pointless upgrade.
