Good build! All i would recommend would be to get a better power supply unless you know that brand is reliable enough for your pride and joy ;)

A Rosewill PSU was in the original build that I was recommended but I had to make some changes due to price changes.
r00t recommended me the original build a couple of months ago and he seems to be the most reliable helper in this forum.

I would ditch the CD drive and upgrade the GPU a little.
This is 2013, everything is online downloads.

Thats understandable i dont blame you i've heard that Corsair units are great for reliability, if you'd like to check some out best thing i'd say would be to cross check reviews on different sites and see what you think ;)

A $20 CD drive isn't going to change anything if you get rid of it.

Rosewill is a good company and they are reliable, granted theyre not the greatest obviously but its hard to say who is, even the best PSU's have failiures

I would assume if you don't purchase a CD Drive, you simply put windows on a USB stick.
