Which one I will jed it for flight simming, creating intros and editing my flight sim videos?

Which one would be better? I'm wondering because I can pick a 3770k for only 100 pound more?

I would get the i5 3570k as looking at comparisons there is not much of a difference for gaming.

The 3570K is more suited to what you'll be doing.

Even for editing videos? I heard the i7's were best for that?

I need something that is the best for gaming and can edit/render videos the fastest ?

I'm willing to bet money that the editing and rendering you do is not heavy enough to make the i7 worth it over the i5. Of course it will be faster, but not 100 GBP faster. For gaming and day-to-day usage there will be zero difference.

Heavy as in professional-level stuff. AutoCAD, Blender, Realflow, 3D modeling, etc. And even then to justify it you would need to be using that software frequently with huge projects. I can guarantee you that money would be better-spent on something that would actually improve day-to-day tasks, like an SSD. Maybe a high-end IPS monitor or a nice mechanical keyboard.
