the police officers involved should not be charged, if they think there is a risk to thier life they have the right to take action.

Its not like the police would know its a fake gun anyway, to them it would seem like a real weapon.

Well i think this police should of maybe shot him in
the leg just to get him down so if it was a real gun he
would not be able to fire.

But i think the police shouldn't be charged seeing he
had a break down and was scared to death he was
going to die because he thought the gun was real, and the man was going to
attack him.

This Happened to a 14 year old kid about 6 months ago and he had a BB Gun and the police shot him

If they told him to put the gun down and he never it's his own stupid fault for getting shot.

If the police knew it was a fake gun, it's their own stupid fault and they should've used a non-lethal take down. Such as a tazer to the crotch.

One less idiot in the world. The police officer had no choice, Its a kill or be killed situation most of the time and trust me I would rather kill.
