Well I been home a while now and tested it, it doesn't work with console commands (unless I am doing it wrong :/) and the hex editing doesn't work either, I suck at hex editing anyway >.> research on it and find out if it is possible

I have and ive looked everywhere maybe it will be possible with the official release of the dlc for the pc hope for the best, did you try switching your character to one of the two npcs aswell?>

I did that and died LOL not sure why then the game froze when it was loading, tried it like 10+ times so it doesn't work in any way I don't think. For now anyway...
