I got it from killing the Frost giant and i heard the paragons open rooms with loot and im guessing the better the jewl the better the loot?

how did you manage that ? seeing as dawnguard isnt released on the pc yet, it dsent let you load items from the DLC into the game when you open it on the pc, so did you hex edit it ?
