So I have to get in a lot better shape than what i'm in now for football. I decided to do the workout program insanity. It has been the hardest workout i've ever done and this week has suckeedddd but i'm already seeing amazing results!

I recommend Insanity for anyone who's not in shape or is overweight and yes, you can do it if you try hard enough! Here's a download in case anyone wants to try it out.

I actually have a question about that, how intense is p90x compared to Insanity? And what exactly does it focus on?

They're different..... P90x is more focused on building muscle, and mass. Insanity is for losing weight.
