So I have to get in a lot better shape than what i'm in now for football. I decided to do the workout program insanity. It has been the hardest workout i've ever done and this week has suckeedddd but i'm already seeing amazing results!
I recommend Insanity for anyone who's not in shape or is overweight and yes, you can do it if you try hard enough! Here's a download in case anyone wants to try it out.

I actually have a question about that, how intense is p90x compared to Insanity? And what exactly does it focus on?

-OG- wroteThey're different..... P90x is more focused on building muscle, and mass. Insanity is for losing weight.Rib wrote Nice, bro!!
