Games: Cod4, Walking Dead, Minecraft, Left 4 Dead, DayZ and GTA

Software: Sony Vegas, Photoshop, After Effects, Fraps, TotalMedia Extreme (HD PVR RECORDER)

Aesthetics: Average/normal sized case, must be black and look sleek and simple. (Nothing OTT and bulky)

Rebates/Promos:

Details: I tend to do alot of recording and editing for projects which takes alot of rendering so it would be nice if the PC could render movies fairly fast. Will be running multiple programs/software at the same time. E.g. - Song Vegas, After Effects, Chrome etc. So it needs to be able to handle that.

When:
Around Christmas, but now is acceptable.

I do a bit of gaming and graphics, so I think I am looking for mainly a quad-core and a good graphics card.

I am not a big multitasker and really most of the time I am surfing the web but if I can get a good PC I will play games alot, nothing huge like Crysis, just little stuff like cod 4, dishonored, maybe borderlands, a bit of wow. nothing too crazy.

I don't need no awesome leds or anything but if its possible that would be pretty awesome.

An intel quad core is not possible in this budget without compromising other parts A LOT. But still an i3 3220 is more than enough for Sony Vegas / Photoshop / Standard C4D (3220 has 2 cores and 4 threads)
