You need a full Inventory, and you have to remember the items in your Inventory. Go through looking for the items either change them or edit the number of them. Save, Open Horizon, Save, Reharsh & Resign aleast 5 times and re-inject your save back onto your USB. And try again on your Xbox.

Lucky I tried to stack signs and got an error :c

Ya I dont stack unstackable items but who else would my items go to? im the only one in my world.
