Hey is the answer is no to the title ignore the rest of this
I tried editing my inventory on my world and I did everything right, rehashed with horizon, didnt put quanty more than 1 for things that cant be stacked. But when I put my usb into my xbox and started minecraft found my modded world everything was gone the whole world has been restarted please help. I have also tried taking a modded file that worked for my friend changed the device id and stuff in horizon to my device id but the same thing happend the whole thing got restarted
EDIT:its still not working I tried using horizon to move to my flash drive but it still doesn't work it either ends up with a whole new world with nothing in my inventory or nothing has changed can some1 help me please
HERE IS WHAT IM DOING
open my flash drive in horizon extract to desktop open up 360 revolution I edit my stuff to have diamond ore in it but no pickaxes because I thought that was the problem. then I click save put the file back in to horizon re hash and resign and put my flash drive in my xbox AND BAM failure once again D=

You must be doing something incorrectly. I've had absolutely no problems modding minecraft with 360revolution.

1.Open up horizon up and explore your device.
2.Find your game save and extract it to your desktop.(Make a back up file just in case.)
3.Open up your save in 360 revolution and edit what you want.
4.Then save it and drag the file you just saved into horizon.
5.Rehash and Resign and replace the save on your usb with the new save you just made.
5.Plug the usb back into the xbox and transfer the Gamesave to your hard drive.
6.Get on minecraft and start up the Gamesave you just made and it should be modded with whatever you edited in it.
If this still does not work PM me and i can get on team viewer to see what you are doing wrong.

Check this. Did you stack unstack able items? Did you add items that arent in the game yet? You can't do that. Also check an make sure you're giving it to yourself.

I have no problem stacking unstackable items.
You need a full Inventory, and you have to remember the items in your Inventory. Go through looking for the items either change them or edit the number of them. Save, Open Horizon, Save, Reharsh & Resign aleast 5 times and re-inject your save back onto your USB. And try again on your Xbox.
