You would need to post pictures of your install and read/write logs to rule out improper installation.

replace the diodes, and confirm your original nand works on the system.

Is this a Jtag or R-JTAG?

if it is a r-jtag and your getting 0010 then you can try to fix by messing with dips and voltage settings.

Name anything recent that you have done to you console recently (update nands, etc) I uodated the dash to 16547 and I add the xbls emulator files and saved them and now when I bootup the jtag it sits at the boot screen I think its the launch.ini file but I cant view files on my hdd

Iwanted to use xbox360 neighborhood and well i was told by the tut i had to make XBDM.xex a plugin. So i made it a plug in and saved it to the hdd and restarted the console. Now everytime i turn it back on i get E71 error, is there anyway of fixing that??? I did update the nand to the newest dashboard 3 days ago.

Not used my jtag for a while dashboard version I have currently is 2.0.15574.0 will I have to update to play more recent games and if so does this update come with any issues?

Yes, some games like GTA V need your console to be on a later dashboard.
