Its easier said than done my friend. I was thinking more along the lines of making a rule forbidding people from leeching/asking to get in free when the lobby is CLEARLY a paid one.
Per say, unless "FREE" is in the title, dont bother asking is what im getting at here.
I have a feeling that alone this would contribute massively to the reduction of morons and spam.
Oh and i checked out that thread i wanted to strangle someone lol!

That was exactly my point, but alas then rises a dilema.
If we remove the lobby sections, this site will be reduced to a mere fraction of its total member base. (POTENTIALLY)
The income to this website and its owners will essentially become non-existant. (Im sure they wouldnt like that much ;))
BUT
The REAL members of this website would remain and it would evolve into a smaller more compact community. (Again this is up for debate).
The ammount of spam would be severely reduced.
Finally this website would attain an overall cleaner image. (This is merely my opinion of course)
So youre kind of stuck in a paradox here. The question is what to do and what not to do.
i agree on this 100% except that on from my last post i said get rid of the unverified section - free lobbies. Hence keeping the stickied section who pay up to $200 a day each to have their lobby verified, so therefore the website would be still be making money and have a big community

that is a great idea, but you gotta still use youur head, the people that come on this site for 10th dont come to pay they come for FREE but the obviously dont get the fact that they arent free because they cost money to run/host,which means that the community wouldnt grow or we would still have the problem

yes i had thought about that but you dont get as much leechers posting on stickied topics as you do in the free section and while that number would increase if the unverified section ceased to be, spamming and leeching would have decreased imo

Has no one even considered my notion at the top of this page which would allow the section to stay intact while reducing the spam and keeping the member base relatively the same?
