it can go up without doing accomplishments, its called form

but it will only boost attributes by +1-6 depending on how you play in your posistion like being a good striker will boost finishing for a few games
but form is temporary tho and my best suggestion would be just do the accomplishments, they are easy

the ratings for every posistion and the highest ive seen the ratings go to is

89st 96 on form
89 CAM 95 on form
94 CB 99 on form
LM/LW/RM/RW 91 96 on form
CDM 89 93 on form
LB/RB 89/93 on form
GK 92/96 on form

its not the overall at a certain position that is the overall of the player because his accomplishments are all completed. my guy is the same way cuz i hacked him
