Is this possible , On the leaderboards it shows his Overall as 98, I thought the highest you can get is 94?, He is legit as hes on it pretty much all the time and he is unstoppable :L, but is this correct??

woah my leader boards have stopped working like 6 months ago do you know whats wrong with mine. I just thought it was normal until i saw this pic

i know this is off the topic but i just thought id ask can anyone help?
